The MBT M Walk Sport is part of the first physiological footwear that has a positive effect on the whole body. This sporty lace-up has a polyurethane midsole with a balanced pivoting section underneath the metatarsus which requires an active rolling movement with every step.The MBT M-Walk activates a large number of stabilizing muscles throughout the whole body when walking or standing.

I love these MBT M.Walk shoes. I have fibromyalgia and all I can say is I'm extremely impressed. They took a few days to get used to and time for your body to adust, but I started putting them on right in the morning and wear them almost the whole day. I have noticed a large decrease in my daily pain and my legs feel invigorated.
